There are so many social networks out there that it is hard to decide which one to invest your time in.  When the smart ladies over at Savvy Source asked me to moderate my own group, I questioned if it would be worth my precious investment of time.

Guess what?

IT TOTALLY IS

One of the biggest benefits of social networks is the ability to have at your fingertips, a whole bunch of people who can help you find your answer. Or even a place to have some virtual conversations.  Savvy Source does a great job of doing that.

I joined and started a group called “Conversations with Moms”.  Creative name?  I think so  ;-)

Here are 9 reasons to join me at Savvy Source:

  1. Great Resource for almost all your parenting questions; including a Preschool category that helps you choose the right Preschool for your child.
  2. Find the perfect Class or Camp for your child with the help of Savvy Source
  3. Not sure what to get your special someone for Christmas?  Shop their Holiday Guide for great ideas.
  4. Want some activity ideas?  Check out Savvy Source’s activity section.
  5. A question that has popped in my mind often as a parent, how is my child’s development?  What can I do to help encourage their development?  Find out some great answers and take the Savvy Source quiz.
  6. Have a Parenting question?  We all do no matter how old our child is.  Find answers from experts or other parents at their Savvy Parenting section.  You can find subjects such as; siblings, learning, the body, nutrition, sleeping, tough choices and much more.
  7. Share your passion for reading or get some book ideas in the Book section.
  8. There is also a section on Gear and Toys
  9. Join the Conversations with Moms Savvy group and join my first ever chat community.

I will be posting questions and adding new information on a regular basis.  Get in early with the “Conversations with Moms” community.  There will soon be a few surprises.  O.K so there is no one right now, but I only joined yesterday.  It’s my first week at junior High all over again.
