Kick off to Holiday Shopping done right
In Canada, we don’t have a Black Friday, though I wish we did. I couldn’t believe some of the fantastic savings that were available to consumers, if you could stand the line ups of course. Our version of “Black Friday” is Boxing day which is the day after Christmas. So forget about saving money on Christmas gifts during that day, unless of course you find some creative reason as to why you’re giving someone their gift after Christmas.
According to the Associated Press, early reports indicate bigger crowds and people buying more than last year. Hey, if I could save hundreds of dollars in one day, why not.
Sure, retailers in Canada have since wised up and are offering huge discounts before Christmas, but there is no comparing it to the frenzy of Black Friday. That’s why I’m happy that Shop.Org came up with Cyber Monday. I’ll be looking out for the Cyber Monday deals today hoping I will get lucky and hoping they ship to Canada.
Happy Hunting to all those who are shopping online today.

I’m sticking with cyber Monday from now on. It’s much easier! I like shopping in my PJ’s while eating left over pie!
I still haven’t bought one thing. I need to get in gear!

I missed the Black Friday deals this time because when I get there, the item that I want was all sold out.
And today, I was gonna do online shopping for cyber Monday deals, but I can’t make up my mind what to buy.
I haven’t started Christmas shopping yet either. I better get my butt in gear!
