This Week’s Small Talk Six Topic: Here are 6 things I love or hate about my Neighbor.

1.  I love how friendly my next door neighbors are.  They always have a smile on their faces and are always in a good mood.   It’s hard to be cranky around them.

2.  I love my neighbors big beautiful Saint Bernard.  He is so well behaved and great with the kids.

3.  They are an older retired couple and are so cute together.  They take walks every day and sit out on the front porch on a beautiful day and just talk.  After 50 years of marriage, they have a lot to be proud of.

The next parts are from old neighbors of mine when I use to live in an apartment building.  Luckily, I don’t have any complaints about my neighborhood now.

4.  I hated it when my neighbor living in the apartment door beside us wouldn’t let us turn on the TV without knocking to complain.  He worked at night and slept during the day but any type of noise drove him crazy.  I mean come on, you cannot expect us to be quiet at 2 in the afternoon.  He even complained once when I was washing clothes in the afternoon because he could hear the water running in the washer.  He expected us to do all our cleaning, watching TV etc. only at night.

5.  The neighbor in our building that always went for his mail in briefs and ONLY briefs.  No thank you.

6.  I use to live in an apartment building that had 7 apartments, two apartments per floor.  Our neighbor next door use to chain smoke but never inside his apartment.  Instead, he chose to smoke outside his door, hence ours also.  Whenever I use to open my door, it smelled so bad that the scent lingered in my nose and clothes.  Yuk.
