STS: Lazy is as lazy does

This Week’s Small Talk Six Topic: Here are 6 things people do that I think are lazy.
Here is a mixture of things that I’ve seen done by my hubby, siblings (while growing up) and of course my son. O.K there might be some things I’ve done too. 
1. Putting the garbage on the kitchen counter instead of taking the extra 2 sec. to open the cupboard and put it in the garbage.
2. Drinking water from a bowl because there are no clean cups.
3. When your comfortable in bed, have to pee but hold it in because you don’t want to get up.
4. When you drive to get to the mailbox down the street.
5. Your trash is overflowing and you still put something in the garbage.
6. You kick your toys under the sofa instead of picking them up.
LOL My 8yo does the last one all the time. I’m ready to stat telling him I’m going to start throwing all the toys under the couch away at the end of the week.

Those are good ones! Especially the garbage one. Everyone in my house does the same thing! So annoying!!!
That is a great list. I especially like #2. I have never seen that done but that is just lazy. I guess it is the same as eating cereal out of a cup because all the bowls are dirty

Kick the toys under the couch- I remember those days. I would just let them watch me pick them up and throw them out. Driving down the street for anything,especially for mail, is the epitome of lazy- especially if you don’t have a broken leg or something.

LOL I have never seen anyone drink from a bowl in my house

No. 1 is one of my biggest pet peeves and it’s the one that my kids do CONSTANTLY! And No. 5 is happening all the time because it’s my son’s job to take out the garbage, and he lets it pile up until it’s overflowing. I’ve told him that if I find the garbage can in that condition, I’ll dump it on his bed. I haven’t done it yet, but I’ve been tempted a LOT!
