This Week’s Small Talk Six Topic: 6 things about my children that I am proud of.
This is an easy one for me. It’s more centered on my oldest son since my youngest is 6 months old.
1. I’m proud of how my 6 month old always smiles and seems so happy.
2. I’m proud of my 4 yr old’s love of music.
3. That my 4 yr old son is a great big brother to Tyler. He’s always making sure that his little brother is involved in our activities.
4. I love my 4 yr old’s good heart and sense of humour. He’s always trying to say things to make me laugh.
5. I am so proud of his creativity. He loves to introduce me into his secret worlds.
6. My 4 yr old is pretty independent. Although he mostly prefers playing with others, he is content with playing by himself.

This is a great idea! Listing things you’re proud of helps you remember and recognize them. I’ll have to keep this in mind for “family skills” posts.

You’d have to stick to a strict workout routine. It’s not a matter of “Do 500 sit ups and get a six pack”. You have to keep doing sit-ups each day, and over time, you will get a six pack. For some women, getting defined muscle mass is difficult, so some may take hormones. I don’t recommend that. Just do anywhere from 30-60 sit ups a day, and then escalate to 60-150 sit ups a day.
What a joy! To see a mom who loves her job. I am a bit burnt out on negative parenting these days. Thanks for the post.
