1. Gazelle.com – If your buying a new gadget and don’t know what to do with your old one, visit this site.  Gazelle is a way for you to sell or recycle your old gadgets such as your Old Cell Phones, Laptops, Game System, movies, Digital Cameras, Etc.  Their site claims to pay an average $115 to their customers.  They will also pay for shipping and include a box for your gadget.  They even pay you to be environmentally responsible.

2. SwapAGift - Gift Cards are are becoming a popular gift now a days.  If you find yourself with a gift card that you don’t think you can use, or if you need a gift card, SwapAGift is your site.  They provide a forum where you can:

  •  buy gift cards at a discount
  • Get cash for your gift cards
  • Swap your gift card with another retail gift card

3.  Shortcuts.com - Instead of amassing and cutting all those grocery coupons, you can trade them online for a grocery card where all the savings can be added to the card.  Then all you need to do is bring the card to participating grocery stores and automatically save.  Free grocery coupons for all major grocery store products for use at Kroger, Ralphs, Gerbes, QFC, Hilander, Smith’s, Baker’s, King Sooper, City Market, Pay Less, Jay … 

4. Yapta Most people don’t know that you can get a refund on your purchased airline fare if the price goes down within a certain period.  Well Yapta is like your own personal travel agent.  What Yapta can do for you is, find you the best flights, track prices for you, alert you when the price drops and gets you refunds after you buy.  At the time of this post, Yapta claims that their average Yapta member savings are $227.00 

5. walletpop  WalletPop is the Web’s first full-fledged personal finance and consumer finance site. This site is filled with all the calculators you’ll ever need (mortgage, loan, budgeting, college finance calculator and more).  It also has great posts on how to save you money including best places to shop.
